šŸš€ From AI to After-School: Carinci Consulting’s 2025 in Review

As we close out January and step more boldly into a brand-new year, we’d love to hit pause and celebrate what we accomplished together in

2025.

Watching this community take brave steps—launch new programs, expand access, invest in long-term strategy, and secure game-changing grants—has honestly left us in awe.

None of these wins happen in a vacuum; they happen because of leaders like you doing the hard, hopeful work day after day.

šŸ… 10 Carinci Consulting Highlights from 2025

that we’re especially proud to share.

1. Coaching our first $100M+ proposal launching an AI & Science Breakthrough šŸ¤–

  • Advance careers at primarily undergraduate institutions:
    • For a pre-tenure faculty to develop a research program investigating the effects of native environment and external stressors on diatom light harvesting.
    • For a mid-career faculty to provide protected time to rebuild her research program in the field of parasite taxonomy and systematics.

4. Catalyzing Healthcare Workforce Development in Underserved Communities šŸ©ŗšŸ„

Contributed to initiatives that:

  • Train Master of Social Work students to provide integrated, culturally responsive care in school-based health centers.
  • Expand access to addiction treatment through an addiction medicine fellowship in the historic epicenter of the opioid crisis.
  • Launch a new family medicine residency program to address acute primary care shortages in rural communities.
